Who needs HealthGuide?
HealthGuide is available to anyone across the health and wellness continuum: children, adults, and geriatrics. Clients with chronic medical conditions or acute diagnoses are obvious candidates; however, even healthy individuals wishing to achieve optimal wellness and maintain a preventive program can also benefit.
Will my insurance cover HealthGuide?
Currently there are no insurance billing codes for this type of service. All expenses are self-pay, out of pocket.
How do I contact HealthGuide?

How do I get started?
After contacting HealthGuide you will be sent an introductory packet, including your health survey. Once you complete and return your survey, HealthGuide will contact you to arrange a meeting to begin developing your strategy for taking control of your health and wellness.
What are the fees?
HealthGuide provides a range of services and fee scheduling options. We will discuss all options available to find the best plan for you.
How do you accept payment?
At this time, HealthGuide requires payment in the form of cash or checks. There are billing options for established clients.
Can HealthGuide help diagnose my symptoms?
HealthGuide does not diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice.
Will HealthGuide work with me over the phone or internet?
Although we recommend the initial consultation take place in person, HealthGuide can assist you by telephone or email.
Do you work with doctors or insurance companies?
HealthGuide is not affiliated with any physician, hospital or insurance group.
